Storyline
Silent movie legend Norma Desmond lives alone in a decaying Hollywood mansion, haunted by her forgotten fame. When down-on-his-luck writer Joe Gillis shows up, Norma sees a shot at a comeback. Joe is tempted by the fancy life she offers, but soon gets tangled in her delusional schemes. As he helps write her comeback script, the line between Norma's dream and reality gets blurry.
