Very friendly and helpful lady in the ticket office in Katoomba. Really informative map and guide to the Blue mountains. Bus driver was entertaining. Scenic World was great. Brilliant value for money. Highly recommend it.
The scenic world is a beautiful place with very friendly staff. My family loved the experience.
The driver, he was welcoming and funny, had my partner in fits of laughter :)
Rides were amazing and view of 3 sisters was soo beautiful
It was good experience overall. It was busy during Easter holidays.
The hop-on, hop-off bus was very convenient, we could stop at any of the stops we wanted, and all the stop-offs were clearly labelled and announced in the bus. I enjoyed the freedom of doing everything in your own time. If I had to nitpick, I'd say some of the recommendation places for lunch wasn't as great as I expected it to be.
The Hop on Hop Off Bus was a great way to get around and I enjoyed the commentary from the bus driver. I would do it again!
Ticketing experience east, great!, Drivers were knowledgeable and one in particular was most entertaining
Highly recommend. Make a day of it!

Very easy to book online. Excellent rides, good directions and explanations on rides given by the staff members. Lovely facilities and eating areas, and a good number of toilets. The only thing I was concerned about was the comments by staff about the valley walking tracks. They were described as easy, and they were going down but not coming back up them. My sister was going to join me on this adventure and I'm glad she cancelled because she would have needed help, ie rescuing, to walk back up those ramps. She has COPD and her lungs would not have coped. On the advice given by your staff, I would have told her it was safe to join me going down into the valley. But it was definitely not suitable for her health capacity. Apart from that worrying misinformation, I had a wonderful day and will recommend it to my fit and healthy friends.
Great trip, from booking and the follow up email about where to meet-up for the coach pickup. The Company providing the tour bus were excellent and the driver was as good as it gets, very thorough and pleasant. All the stops which were planned, made for an excellent excursion and full day.

It's called the sunset tour but even before sunset we'd seen so much. The guided walk to Wentworth falls with our knowledgeable guide was great, then the Three Sisters was spectacular but the real highlight was watching the sun go down over this magnificent landscape. One of the highlights of our holiday in Australia!
What a fantastic trip. We enjoyed our Hike down to Wentworth Falls , the Beautiful lookout at 3 sitters and the best part of the day was the Glorious sunset. I would recommend this trip to everyone travelling to Sydney. Remember to pack some drinks and snacks for small picnic during the sunset and maybe something to sit on.
What I really loved about the tour to blue mountains was the chill and relaxed mood of Smokey telling us funny and interesting stories about Australia. The high moment of the tour was the sunset view near to Katoomba. Very special and beautiful. Thank you!

The guide was awesome! He was really good!! Byt "Headoud" Could easily inform how much things cost in addition to the guidet tour. --> total costs per person should be mentioned. And it was not!
Blue Mountains were stunning.
We had a great day in the company of our tour guide/driver Les, and our other fellow travellers. The blue mountains were stunning plenty of amazing views. It was great getting into the zoo early before the crowds and the scenic world attraction was great fun. Les made the day so special he was so knowledgeable, fun and friendly. We learnt so much and enjoyed a laugh. The ferry back was a bonus and a great end to a perfect day. Recommend this great trip.
Excellent day out with Bruce, our super friendly tour guide. Fabulous way to see the blue mountains and learn a bit about the history of Australia, get great views, travel with a whole bunch of friendly people, and simply have just a whole lot of fun. Thoroughly enjoyed myself.
The tour was well organized. The options to participate in each section were very good. The scenery was amazing and our guide was personalable and knowledgeable about the history.

Everything was good and perfect
We had a lovely time and enjoyed it. Unfortunately we can't blame you for the horrible weather. It didn't stop us having a great time and our driver Ben was outstanding. Very informative but didn't know that the Sydney Harbour Bridge was modelled on a bridge near our home in the UK. It is the Tyne bridge at Newcastle. He is welcome to use it in the future when addressing his passengers.
The attractions at Scenicworld were great and Leura was well worth a visit.

Brilliant time in the Blue Mountains, a good sampling of all it has to offer. I would've preferred more time trekking at scenic world, but hard to have it all. Definitely a good value for transport and entry fees compared to doing it yourself.
One of the best tours in Sydney! And the driver and tour guide Max, was just so articulate. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing. Giving great advice along the way as a making everything fun. Highly recommend
The whole day was fabulous. The bus ride was comfortable and stops spaced out so not so long sitting at once. Driver/host Aaron was excellent! He made the day very enjoyable. He chatted along the way with history and fun facts and few jokes. Sharing Tim tams was a nice surprise. 5 out 5 stars for Aaron! The blue mountains was a n awesome day. Scenic world had some of the nicest views. I would highly recommend.
We had a great day Tony our driver was so full of interesting information wish we had taken this trip when we first arrived in Sydney not when we were leaving the trip was so well organised but wish we had been advised to go on the skytrain first but missed out because the time ran out but enjoyed. The other two attractions at scenic world Go Tony Regards Trish and John Sharp New Zealand
Great day out, Ged was our tour guide for the day and very good.

A Must to do if you are around Melbourne. The ride on the beautiful Puffing Billy is a truly amazing experience for both kids & adults. The forest of Dandenong is absolutely beautiful and smell so good! All the staff are really in there duties and they give us sparkles on top of this. Thank you.
Had such a fantastic day out with Matt as our designated driver, tour guide and photographer. Really chilled and relaxed, perfect day out with the girls!
Had a wonderful day, so many things to see, many information and the tour guide was absolutely great! Recommend it! I was solo travelling but it felt like family. Group of age classes from 20 to 60 and over but absolutly great!
Had such a wonderful day on this tour. Booking was easy, pickup was on time and accurate to location. You learn so much and see so many insightful things that you would usually miss when not on a tour. The GREAT Adrian was funny & gave us not only valuable information but memorable stories along the way. He made sure we were all aware of where we were going next to prepare. A must do experience!!
The great trip for me .I was enjoy with friendly tour . Elisha is a good driver and friendly guid . The great ocean road is one of trip that is interesting for tourist.
Matt went above and beyond to give us the best tour of the Yarra Valley wineries. Would highly recommend choosing wine hop tours!
We had a great experience, started by being picked up on time. With Our guides indigenous background knowledge of the city and surrounding area Karen kept us movin and entertained. The sites were gorgeous and interactions with the animals at the zoo were awesome,. A note about our guide Karen, from pointing out great coffee shops to awesome lunch eateries, bringing bird food to feed wild cockatoos at one stop, all that and a sense of humor! Awesome excursion!
After reading a few good reviews, I finally decided to book the Ocean Road trip with Wine Hop and Coastal Tours. The scheduled time was 7:00am on Sep 8, 2024. I got a message on Sep 6 that our pick up time has been changed to 6:35am at a slightly different location. As there was no scope to change the trip at such a short notice, inspite of the inconvenient timing, we decided to stick to the tour. As there was an elderly couple travelling with me with one of them having knee issue, I rushed and reached the venue at 6:38am, whereas the other members arrived at 6:44 am, which were delays of 3 minutes and 9 minutes respectively. As I was expecting a slight delay, I messaged on their number which I believed was the tour guide’s number at 6:31am (Melbourne Time) while we were walking towards the location. What followed post that was derogatory and humiliating to say the least. Warren got down from the bus instead of offering us seats and in full view of everyone, he gave an earful regarding being late. Almost all his comments began with the statement, “Don’t know about your country but here in Australia you have to play by the rules”, clearly asserting some form of dominance and bullying. He also threatened to leave us out in the cold if we got late later on during the day. He singlehandedly completely ruined the experience right from the start to the extent that one of my co-travellers was traumatized and found it very hard to participate in the activities later on in the day. Warren has a perfectly disguised two-pronged approach. He can be “nice” to someone with a smile one moment and then turn passive aggressive the next to another person. During the stop at Melba Gully rainforest, my friend approached him looking to clarify things and asked him to apologize for the treatment meted out to her parents to which he tried to shut us down, mocked us with hand gestures and later on got up on the bus and said “Don’t participate in a yelling match with me cause you guys won’t win.”, whereas all that was pointed to him was he had no right to humiliate women. He also further added, “I am expecting a review from you guys.” Warren has an extremely racial way of functioning and his behaviour is different for different sets of people (which kind of justifies some of the decent reviews he received). He also added statements in the end, “it doesnt matter what reviews come, good or bad, I get paid the same.” and “Me and my boss read reviews together and laugh.” I have used Get Your Guide for multiple tours in the past and I met amazingly kind tour guides. We had amazing experiences in Sydney, Melbourne and Tasmania over a 2-week period. However, this hands down was the worst experience and straight up derogatory, all thanks to Warren. Even though there has been a delay of approximately 7-8 minutes, the same could have been conveyed politely instead of racial threats and intimidation considering the delay was miniscule with respect to the whole trip being of duration 12-13 hours. Additionally, once I returned to India, Warren called up threatening to remove the Google review which shows how the company operates.
The day was incredible. Both K and Mehmet were amazing hosts. Loved all the commentary and suggestions. They did an awesome job managing all 48 people on the tour. The Bathing boxes were neat and Moonlit Sanctuary was fun. Phillips Island was incredible!
Exceptional tour, transfers to and from CBD and lots packed into a small amount of time! Great to do huffing Billy as well as Philip island, one of the only tours that does both so definitely worth booking. Our guide, Ben, was super friendly, enthusiastic and had exceptional knowledge, so really made the experience for our group.
The guide (Lorraine) was very good
Puffing Billy is really fun, staffs are kind and helpful. Lorraine was great. I had a really good time.
Great day all round. Pick up was perfect. We had a fun day. Paul was great both at driving and information.

Great tour. Kieran was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun and interesting
We had such a brilliant time on this tour! Our guide, Tommy, was brilliant and very knowledgeable about the area, plants and animals. The day was really well organised and the lunch provided was really lovely! Would 100% come on one of their tours again
Ben is very friendly and a great communicator. We had an awesome time in the Blue Mountains visiting places normally reserved for post-cards! Great weather, group, lunch and experience. Thanks : )
We had a brilliant day exploring the blue mountains. This tour was a great way at getting more of a locals insight rather than a tourist one as it included some of the best spots, which was exactly what we wanted! First stop is a local town which have local coffee and dollys doughnuts (best I have ever eaten). Then a few small spots at incredible lookouts. As well as wentworth waterfalls trek. The lunch is from a local business and of great high quality! Then stopped at the 3 sisters. It was a 10/10 day showing the authentic side of the blue mountains. As well as the tour guide being great fun and providing us with local knowledge!
