It's called the sunset tour but even before sunset we'd seen so much. The guided walk to Wentworth falls with our knowledgeable guide was great, then the Three Sisters was spectacular but the real highlight was watching the sun go down over this magnificent landscape. One of the highlights of our holiday in Australia!
What a fantastic trip. We enjoyed our Hike down to Wentworth Falls , the Beautiful lookout at 3 sitters and the best part of the day was the Glorious sunset. I would recommend this trip to everyone travelling to Sydney. Remember to pack some drinks and snacks for small picnic during the sunset and maybe something to sit on.
What I really loved about the tour to blue mountains was the chill and relaxed mood of Smokey telling us funny and interesting stories about Australia. The high moment of the tour was the sunset view near to Katoomba. Very special and beautiful. Thank you!
The guide! The athmosphere! The landscapes!
Very nice tour guide :) We visited wonderful places!

Interesting tour and very knowledgeable guide who also kept it light hearted and fun and brought the characters to life.
Our tour guide was just the best! She was very friendly and smiley the entire time! Her ?British accent made the experience even more interesting. Sadly I completely forgot her name but she has curly hair and a right dimple. She gave us a really good tour filled with laughter and information. She was also not shy of any questions we had for her about the opera house and answered with a lot of passion. Hands down the best tour guide I've had since coming to Sydney! (Note to her if she reads this: the "Cats" on the caps weren't actually from the musical. They were AFL Geelong Cats caps" 🤣 Another highlight was watching the students rehearse in the concert hall. That was phenomenal! Just hearing the acoustics of the room and learning how it's design was purposely made for it to sound like that irregardless of where you are in the audience blows my mind!
The guided tour was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The itinerary was well-planned, ensuring we saw all the key highlights without feeling rushed. Our guide Julia was exceptionally knowledgeable, sharing fascinating historical details, local insights, and engaging stories. The seamless organisation and personal touches truly elevated the experience, leaving us with wonderful memories and a deeper appreciation of the Sydney Opera House
Our guide Pete was amazing. So knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. The Opera House itself truly is one of the wonders of the world (unofficial). Had such a great time. If you're in Sydney it's a "must do".
Good tour, friendly knowledgable guide. Disappointed not to have seen the Joan Sutherland theatre, which is after all for the opera.
I loved the OH tour and our guide, Laura was both articulate and charming! The ticketing I found was efficient and the staff friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!
It was very interesting and exciting.
Everything was amazing. Thank you !!!
The guide was very informative and knowledgeable. He made the tour a memorable experience.
Very professional Japanese tour guide. I wish the tour can be extended up to 1 hour, as 30 minute tour was a bit short.
Very beautiful, place the guide was very clarifier.
Our tour guide was incredible - he was happy, very insightful and knowleadgable, and made us all laugh
Great your and guide was so informative
When we checked into the opera house the lady did not permit us to go inside. The lady said we have to speak fluent Japanese in order to go on the tour. She gave us the coupons to use on the food and told us to basically go. I asked her for a refund and she said no but to contact Headout. Also, we retured the food voucher to the lady at the check-in as there was nothing vegetarian we could order from the menu. So all in all we spent time and money on getting to the opera house, bought tickets from your web site and basically got a total run around. We left upset and my kids felt like crap. I followed up with an email to your company and they basically said in a nice way get stuffed mate - an email back from Mia and Simran. This is a lot of money we spend on this, $290 is a lot of money for our family. Please advise.
A top-notch guide who introduced us to the Sydney Opera House through numerous stories and anecdotes.

The guide was extremely passionate and spoke of everything in present tense making u live through the moment that may have happened. One of the best experiences ever.
The tour was just the perfect length and covered the long history of the SCG, the characters in this awesome cricket journey, a lot of local colour and fabulous insights. Our guide Vanessa made it unforgettable with her depth of knowledge, her humour and her warmth - a big thank you to her!
Vanessa Howe, our tour guide was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with a great sense of humour. We took the tour on 23 July 2025 aftrrnoon 2.00 pm. She made us feel very comfortable and engaged & connected with all the tourists. Eye for detail & cricketing records, recreating the nostalgia of having seen some of the famous matches & innings. Full value for money. Good job Vanness
We had a wonderful experience visiting the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG). My nephews, who are huge cricket fans, were visiting from Doha, and this was truly a highlight of their trip. They were absolutely thrilled to be at such an iconic venue and enjoyed every moment of it. A special mention must go to our guide, Stuart, who made the experience even more memorable. He was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging throughout the tour. His explanations were clear and insightful, and he brought the history of the SCG to life with his vivid storytelling. His entertaining anecdotes and passion for the game truly captivated us all—especially the kids. Overall, it was a fantastic day and an unforgettable experience for the whole family. We highly recommend the SCG tour to anyone visiting Sydney, especially cricket enthusiasts!
The old architecture buildings are absolutely beautiful steeped in so much history. Stewart our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and a tour of the SCG will not disappoint
The tour guide provided great insight into the history at SCG and excellent anecdotes of both the Aussie and the international players. He took a little longer than he anticipated but he made sure we had a great experience. One of the highlights of my vacation to Australia (a first). I also loved how balanced the perspective was - granted it was the SCG and Australia has had great moments but the guide (I believe it was Jeff - sorry if I got it wrong) talked about international team success there as well.
The presenter Stuart, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His cricket side stories were interesting and so were the places we visited. It was a great afternoon out.
Stuart was so knowledgable in all of his stories and delivered with such enthusiasm that I was hanging on to every word!
Just a fabulous location with excellent and extremely knowledgeable and friendly guide.
Knowledge of the tour guide was exceptional.
Our guide Peter was excellent all round . He had an excellent knowledge of the history of the SCG and players, matches and highlights over the years. We had access to areas of the SCG I never expected to see. As a huge cricket fan myself, I was thoroughly absorbed. My wife is no cricket fan but Peter made it interesting for non cricket fans as well. One of the best tours I have been on, without doubt.
We visited Sydney from Brisbane and a major highlight was the SCG Tour. My 12 year old cricket & football loving son was amazed by the history and felt thrilled to walk in the steps of some of the all time sporting greats. Our guide Stuart was fantastic, a natural storyteller, engaging the group with remarkable details and information. It was a fabulous experience and felt Aussie pride to have a stadium of such high calibre, you could feel the spirit of those who had played on the fields... if only those walls could talk. 10 out of 10!! Highly recommend
The knowledge and delivery from our guide Stewart was top notch. The ticketing through headout was seamless. We would highly recommend this tour

The Scenic rides and walks are awesome, not really far to walk from each other. I would go back again to take my friends next time.
Everything. All vehicles were exited and the natures were very beautiful.
Great organisation buses ran to time. Stunning views and Scenic world an amazing experience However what made the trip standout were the staff who were friendly welcoming and professional. Big shout out to Angus the hop on off bus driver. He was hilarious and had the bus singing im a little teapot ! 100% recommend this.
It was a lovely experience, the bus tour guides were very informative and knowledgable, we love that the buses came every 30mins and we were able to see so much in one day
Head out was nice n easy just turn up use your qr code then off you go. Scenic world great value for money and blue mountains just beautiful

The bus service was very good and nice and friendly
Amazing experience, we got all days trip on hop-on hop-off bus. Take a lot photos on echo point, visiting the small beautiful Leura Village. Explore Scenic World on cable ways, skyways and railway. A bit cold in the morning, but amazing we were very happy.
Ticketing experience east, great!, Drivers were knowledgeable and one in particular was most entertaining
Rides were amazing and view of 3 sisters was soo beautiful
It was good experience overall. It was busy during Easter holidays.
Very friendly and helpful lady in the ticket office in Katoomba. Really informative map and guide to the Blue mountains. Bus driver was entertaining. Scenic World was great. Brilliant value for money. Highly recommend it.
The hop-on, hop-off bus was very convenient, we could stop at any of the stops we wanted, and all the stop-offs were clearly labelled and announced in the bus. I enjoyed the freedom of doing everything in your own time. If I had to nitpick, I'd say some of the recommendation places for lunch wasn't as great as I expected it to be.
The Hop on Hop Off Bus was a great way to get around and I enjoyed the commentary from the bus driver. I would do it again!
