Great day out with kids and family visiting from the USA.
worked fine. I accidentally bought tickets from this website thinking it was the Original website for featherdale Zoo. Once I realised I was worried about scams. They turned out ligit and also was cheaper than the original Zoo website. I will definately use their website again
Came for a few hrs. Was clean, friendly staff and my daughter was over the moon being able to pay a koala. Perfect day out
The ticket arrived too late for our time slot. Thankfully they let us in and we showed the ticket once it finally arrived
Headout hooked my family up with tickets to featherdale. We received the tickets on the same day. And we went to featherdale on the Saturday. Me and my family had an amazing day. Definitely recommend Headout for any tickets info!
I have been to Featherdale four times but many years ago. The first difference I noticed was that you now had to pay to have a "koala experience" ... previously there was always a koala in the viewing area that was open for visitors to pat the koala and take your own photos. Now you have to pay $25! The second difference we noticed was there were no baby animals eg chickens, lambs, kids, piklets to pet in the Farmyard Enclosure. Perhaps it was the time of year and there were no babies however there are always chickens and baby rabbits no matter what season it is. So the only animals to pet were the goats and wallabies (outside this enclosure). So this Farmyard enclosure is just that, walk past the enclosure for the one pig, the enclosure of the rabbits, the enclosure of the sheep... The third difference was the lack of animals freely walking around .... last time we had lunch surrrounded by pelicans and tawny frogmouth, ibis, etc but this time there just the ibis, egrets and pigeons. There was a great improvement in the food available, apart from the normal kids' food of nuggets, pies , there was a great choice of healthy sandwiches and wraps. The whole park was very clean and the staff very friendly.
Disappointed that after purchasing on line tickets to Featherdale, that we still had to queque for about 1/2 hr to get in, there should be a priority line for pre purchased tickets. Featherdale is a bit tired & smelly, needs an upgrade throughout. Headout itself was good, good price, easy to buy tickets from.
Great day out. Delay in entering was a bit disappointing but understandable. Quite expensive but much improved from last visit . Good range of animals and birds. Grandchildren were cpitvsted and the ranged from 9 to one and each enjoyed the day. Canteen food good too
1) Long wait time despite having booked the tickets online - ticketing at the entrance complicated the process. 2) Long wait time to order food at cafeteria and then an even longer wait time to get the ordered food. rest the park and facilities are good.
Featherdale was great. My 2 year old grandson had a ball. The facilities were really good and the wildlife park was really clean and the animals all looked happy and healthy.
It was a lovely day my Grandson who is 4yrs could not stop smiling he absolutely loved the interaction with the animals .
Very hands on zoo experience! My son is very into the Grug animals book and he saw most of the animals in the book in real life! Hooray
I loved that there were a lot of animals to see and it wasn't over crowded with people. What i loved most is you can feed the animals it was a great experience.
Most of the animal experiences were not running ie: the echidna feeding etc. Also there was no social distancing. The reptile house has a big sign saying only 20 people in it at one time, no one was policing it and it was packed with people. The birds looked totally miserable and Vincent the koala came down for a drink then was looking for a way out of the enclosure. He didn't seem happy. There were kids chasing birds that were out of wandering around, trying to kick them and throwing things at them. On the way out through the gift shop there was only one register working and the line to pay for things was at least 20 deep! So we didn't let the kids buy anything.
Easy and cheap. Accidentally got into your website and purchased tickets. Found out it was Cheaper than from official website.
It was a great day out. We took our little one year old granddaughter and just to see her face as she saw animals up and close for the first time was priceless.
Great discount!!Cheaper than buying directly.little hesitant for waiting time frame to get an actual ticket.Took less than that and was easy access without any hassle.
Even in the rain we had a great time. Staff were very friendly and welcoming . Lots of different animals and reptiles to see. Would highly recommend.
The park is fabulous! There are lots of beautiful native animals to see, many of them friendly and free-roaming to hand-feed. There is good shade from tree coverage as you walk around.

The highlight of my visit was the tour guide jay an amazing guide
Our guide was amazing. The time management was great. We could see a lot without being hurried around. Would wholeheartedly recommend
We had a thoroughly enjoyable day from start to finish with Bob our tour guide with Andersons Travel. We stopped in numerous lookouts including Echo Point to see the 3 sisters rock foundation, Scenic world(using 3 rides and a walkway), Cahills lookout over the Megalong Valley, Leura,Lincoln's Rest abd visited Featherdale Wildlife Park where we actually fed kangaroos(one with a Joey). We had a lovely lunch,(choice of 4) at the Bunker, we had the gluten free chicken schnitzel with chips and salad. Then to finish off the day we were taken to the Sydney Olympic Park jetty to catch our ferry to Barangaroo along the Parramatta River. An amazing day from start to finish with perfect weather. Highly recommended
My wife and I took this tour while we were in Sydney earlier this year. The shuttle picked us up from our hotel and the whole day we didnt realise where the time went by

I just realised the price is much higher than what I can get from the official website
Easy entry with my Headout tickets. Unfortunately it was midday and really hot on the day so many of the animals were out of the heat and could not be seen. Still had a good time and the zoo is well played out with many resting and refreshment areas.
Great day out with kids and family visiting from the USA.
Everything.. elephant and kangaroos made it awesome..
Friendly, polite, knowledgeable staff. Loved the experience!
Google lists to Zoos in Sydney – one in the Taranga one is Sydney wildlife zoo in this city. I bought tickets for wildlife zoo but when I arrived, I was told that we needed to take a train for hour and a half to get to the zoo, I purchased tickets for. This is misrepresentation. You must refund my money.
