the aquarium was a great place, but far too many people packed in at once. the hop on bus we did while raining, we sat down stairs and got leaked on with water running from upstairs.
The kids liked it. However rooo crowed, feeling like in a thème park queuing all the time. The pingouin ride was cool and original.
Overall combo is good. Make sure choose captain cook harbor hop on off next day so you can utilize effectively. Also start big bus hop on off after sea life aquarium visit so you get 24 hours from start and you can cover 2 days in bus i.e. second half and next day first half in bus.
Very good adventure for kid with opportunity to see penguin from this close
When I booked tickets they didn't asked me for time slot i booked 3 tickets for my family and i when i went there they told me i can't get in because i didn't book a time slot on there website so i told them i booked from third party seller and i didn't know i have to book time slot from different website and i was denied to enter.
We liked how big the aquarium is and that it had tonnes to look at-a drawback which totally isnt your fault was how busy it was at the time that we went- i find it crazy that adults push to the front(in front of children) to take pics of every exhibit. Favourites were the penguins, sharks and massive Rays
Amazing experience loved it, must try

There is no clear instruction on your online website that the scan for tickets must be done at the wharf before boarding so paper tickets for the zoo can be obtained there. Place well informed signage at the wharf and educate the staff involved I.e Ferry operators that paper tickets are required for zoo entry.
It's easy to get online tickets with QR code. The venue is fairly small and it was busy when we went in.
I enjoyed the bus tour and the freedom to jump on and off the bus depending on what you wanted to explore!
The tube glass underwater experience was awesome. My kids enjoyed it.

Great day out, good info coming through the headphones about the local history of each area as we passed through. Get on and off at any stop you like. Nth Bondi RSL for lunch was yummo.
Enjoyed the routes, scenery and narration. Best hop-on hop-off tour we've done!
It showed me around Sydney in the limited time I had. So wonderful to keep coming back the the harbour when I thought we were well away from it.
The ticketing experience turned out to be a nightmare for us. We needed to unlock our International online bank app to pay you. Didn't realise your company was based in Berlin. When we opened the banking app we were immediately scammed for $200. Next time we pay cash...it's safer
We had a GREAT time on both the bus and the water cruise! We only went on the red route and not the blue route. There was a problem getting them to honor our ticket for the cruise. The information on the code was just for the bus, but not the cruise, even though the cruise was in the title. After working with the folks from The Big Bus, we got it straightened out. Apparently, you're using an older code. The bus trip was great about hitting all the highlights of the city.
Very easy to book, but the stops are not very well identified we had to look quite a while to find it
The first driver was so friendly and helpful.
Really nice experience to know Sydney
The waiting time to the next hop on is too long.
Excellent way to get to see Sydney without too much walking.
Best way to familiarise ourselves with Sydney and Bondi. Got to see all the major tourist attractions and the ease of getting on and off where we pleased was awesome.
Amazing way to see Sydney, thank you!
Ticketeting was easy and quick. Bus comfortable and went to a lot of major sites in Sydney. Very good driver.
Dugong Island at SEA LIFE Sydney is home to the unofficial mascot of the aquarium, Pig. The dugong aka ‘sea cow’ looks like a cross between a dolphin and a manatee, and is a sea mammal. The exhibit is also home to zebra sharks, eagle rays, and blue tangs.

The Sydney aquarium is a great choice for anybody planning a fun day out, be it a family outing, a day out with friends, or a date! Here are some must-visit zones and exhibits to check out while you're there.
SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium is open daily from 10am to 5pm, including weekends and public holidays.
Recommended duration: It takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to explore the entire aquarium. Your ticket has a flexible validity, so feel free to spend as long as you like inside.
Since the aquarium is indoors, you can visit any time of year without worrying about the weather. Tourist season in Australia is from December through February, so you may find it busier than usual at the aquarium and other attractions. If you want to avoid the crowds but still experience some of that good weather, consider visiting in November or March.
Mondays through Fridays are comparatively less crowded than weekends, so if you have the option to visit on a weekday, go for it!
