We loved the whole experience. The staff were friendly and professional. Once on the deck, the views of the surroundings of the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge were spectacular. The meal was fresh and delicious. Can recommend!
We made it just in time due to Vivid road closures but once on board the experience was wonderful. We felt we were well taken care of and the food was excellent.
Lovely evening! Was great to see the lights turn in for Vivid. Service was good, food was delicious and generous. Pity it was a 'quick' trip!
Meal and service very good, cruise was good, probably the later cruise would have been better to view more of the light show. Very satisified.
My wife and I enjoyed the hospitality of server "John" - a young man from Brazil studying engineering. We also appreciated the way in which an older Japanese couple were taken care of by a Japanese speaking crew member. Please pass these compliments onto Sydney 2000.
When I booked the ticket I got confirmation that all experience's on the boat would be wheelchair friendly, I even got an email confirming this. Was very surprised and annoyed that I wasnt able to go to the top floor of the boat like all your other guests. Please make it aware on your website, for future disabled wheelchair guests that they are not able to go to the top floor and will need to stay on the bottom floor. I am sure that the top and bottom tickets have got a different price!!! Myself and my husband coudn't even enjoy the live entertainment. I must admit I didn't really enjoy the expereince because of this. Feel sad that because you in a wheelchair, we not able to expereince the full expereinces like other guests.
We loved the food, the service and the incredible views. The ticketing was very easy to do. I would certainly recommend the cruise to my friends in both The Netherland as Australia if they were going to visit Sydney.
Someone should have explained the areas of what we were seeing where the ship was going other than being familiar with the Operation house and Sydney Harbour bridge. Even a taped recording will do of where the ship was passing thru. I expected the food was going to be special and not very ordinary.
Lovely food! Great view! Saw all the sights on a beautiful boat 👌
Check your records I changed the booking to the 8/2/2025. Not a good look sending me a feedback form when I haven't even been on the cruise. Your feedback form doesn't have an "other" so the questions do not apply to my need to respond.
From boarding to getting back off this was an amazing experience. The staff were amazing. Meal was delicious. Thank you all for looking after us
My booking for the 4 course meal stated the cruise was 2.5-3 hours. We left the dock at 5pm and returned at 6:50. So with docking was approx 2 hours long. we were very happy with the food provided.
We had a lovely time, beautiful food, friendly staff and a great cruise around the harbour. Coming from outback Victoria, it was such a wonderful experience. Thank you
We were visiting from Scotland and found the ticketing experience bang on and the whole trip lovely even despite the rain. Food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Amazing watching Sydney really come alive at night with all the lights.

The Cruise started at about 1:30pn and ended 2.5 hrs later at 4pm in Kings Whatf. It was a memorable experience. It was a slow deliberate speed of the cruise ship at closest view of the harbour icons. There was much time to really enjoy the views. Very satisfied.
Nice views of the harbor and Major sites. Would've given it a higher rating had we continued further east over to Watson's Bay, etc..
On time, nice boat, beautiful harbor, good service
fun and interactive experience :)
The cruise was just like any other ferry that charge normal Opal fare. I would never recommend anyone to use the ferry, if they have already travelled in Transport NSW Ferry. We can pay $5 dollars to cover same places that was covered by headout. No cancellation policy and no Tea and Coffee was offered. Overall, this was not the trip, I expected and never recommend anyone.
The process of getting the boarding pass is smooth. No long que. The crew is very nice. The boat design is convenient, we can enjoy fresh air and have the best view from the upper deck.
Very posh boat. Drink and appies were very nice. Good view of the harbour. The music was awful though. Lounge lizard music is dead. Play the real artists.
Just cruisey way to see the harbour and the ticketening was easy, could have had a commonatry to give us a idea about where and what see where seeing but then again the music was very good
Has Awesome time with family it would be great if some snakcs and juices were available on bord

Charged overseas transaction- reside in Sydney! Website required downloading an app. to see my ticket!? Should be available with confirmation. Dissatisfied with Lunch - poor quality beef. Cruise of Sydney Harbour disappointing - only to Middle Harbour & halfway through, returning to pickup more passengers. Music entertainment was good. This was a 40th Wedding Anniversary special occasion so unfortunately didn't rate to the high expectations we had looked forward to.
The food was fresh and tasted great. The service was excellent
Amazing views. Very efficient process. Waitstaff very friendly and excellent at their jobs
The service was fantastic, and great food.
Every thing went smoothly and we loved taking visitors on a cruise to experience Sydney. They can take pictures of the Harbour bridge, Opera House and the surrounding buildings. Lunch was very good.
An iconic treat for visitors to Sydney. Provides an immersive, luxurious experience showcasing Sydney's magnificent harbour. Try for a weekday lunch, as it is less busy.
Peaceful cruise, nice food and we were able to disembark at central quay
Professional services and good cruises course
Stress free and informal but comfortable
Food was excellent and staff were very friendly and attentive. Weather was amazing and they let us stay on for an extra couple hours which was great because the weather was amazing

The overall experience was very interesting and fascinating, the expert guide was really informative about the whales. I had a problem with seasickness and the crew helped me promptly.
Could not have good sighting of the whales. It was a blink-and-miss kind of experience. I was expecting little more sightings.

I recently did the Sydney Harbour Hop-On Hop-Off Cruise with a visit to Taronga Zoo, and despite some rain, it was an enjoyable and memorable experience. The cruise itself was a fantastic way to explore Sydney’s iconic harbor, offering beautiful views of landmarks like the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The flexibility of the hop-on, hop-off system allowed us to explore at our own pace, and it was convenient to stop at different locations along the harbor. Unfortunately, the weather was a bit rainy during the day, which limited the time we could spend outside on the boat. But even with the rain, the views from inside were still spectacular. Taronga Zoo was the highlight of the trip, especially getting to see Australia’s unique wildlife. The zoo is beautifully designed, with incredible views of the harbor as a backdrop. Overall, while the rain put a slight damper on the experience, the hop-on hop-off cruise and visit to Taronga Zoo were still fantastic. It’s a perfect way to see Sydney’s famous harbor and spend time with nature at the zoo. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Sydney.
The cruise schedule was not provided until we exchanged our tickets at the dock, so we didn't know that the cruise only had 2 scheduled time for 1 of the hop locations early in the morning. We didn't go early and so we were not able to stop at that location.
Loved all of it. Great experience, wonderful guide, well organised and just lots of fun. The highlight of our trip to Sydney.
The helpful and efficient service
booked at last minute on a sunny winter day - I visited Manly Beach and Watson's Bay - lots of room on board and all sailings were on time - a great way to see the harbour. Visiting from Scotland!

The Gold Penfolds Luxury 6-Course Dinner Cruise was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The ambience was elegant, with stunning views that set the perfect backdrop for an evening of indulgence. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring every moment felt special. The highlight for me was the exquisite pairing of food and wine, with each course thoughtfully designed to complement the next. Every dish was a masterpiece, and the wines elevated the flavors beautifully. We absolutely loved the entire experience and will definitely recommend this cruise to our friends. It’s a must-do for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a luxurious evening out!

There is no clear instruction on your online website that the scan for tickets must be done at the wharf before boarding so paper tickets for the zoo can be obtained there. Place well informed signage at the wharf and educate the staff involved I.e Ferry operators that paper tickets are required for zoo entry.
